5 Elements Workshop
The 5-Element theory in a very ancient Chinese concept used to explain the nature
of the universe and everything in it. By identifying each of these elements within
yourself, you will discover new capacities to help you use your strong sides and
support your weak sides. It gives you a new perspective of yourself and the world around you.
You will learn simple techniques and specifically designed stretch exercises to harmonize the elements in your body and help you feel balanced instantly.
The workshop includes hands-on practice, so please wear clean comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely (long gym pants, t-shirt, fresh socks)!
