Ohashiatsu is like a meditative dance.
Ohashiatsu is ease, is lightness, is flow. While we help others to balance their
energy, we do something for our own well-being. We as practitioners are feeling
better and better through our work. That is because of the way we move and
because we are meditating while we work. Both are essential.
Only when your movement is without effort you can relax.
In this 5-day workshop series you will learn the basics of the Ohashiatsu movement, step by step.

Please have a partner to practice on during the break-out sessions. You are encouraged to
record a video of your practice so we have something to
work with in our feed-back sessions.
- 10.00 - 11.00: Online Lesson on Zoom
- 11.00 - 12.00: Break-out session to practice with video
- 12.00 - 13.00: Online Lesson: Feed-back on practice / Questions & Answers
In addition to these lessons, we will have a WhatsApp group where you can
exchange your experience, ask questions and post videos. This will help you to keep learning
from each other, even between the lessens.
