Push-Pull Techniques  
   
 

Push-Pull is one of the most important techniques for Ohashiatsu, that we teach in most of our course levels and apply on all body parts. It actually is a form of cross-pattering! Correctly done, it has great power and great effect - without straining your body.

In this 12-hour workshop you will learn in detail how to perform this special way of movement. You’ll have the chance to apply and practice it on each other, in a wide variety of Ohashiatsu techniques. We’ll work in prone, supine and side positions and will use our thumbs, palms and knees.

This workshop is open for everyone: the principle of Push-Pull can be greatly beneficial for all modalities of bodywork. Please bring comfortable clothing, that allows you to move freely: long pants, short or long sleeved T-Shirt, fresh socks.
