Terms and Conditions

1. General

By registering, booking, or purchasing any service or membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the payment and cancellation rules.

2. Membership / Subscription Program

2.1 Services

With a membership purchase, you receive access to digital content (videos, course materials, live sessions, recordings, and community features) for the duration of your active subscription.

2.2 Payments & Renewal

Membership fees are charged automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) via Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.
The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Access ends automatically after the paid period.
No refunds for already paid periods.

2.4 EU Consumer Withdrawal Right (Digital Content)

Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase.
The withdrawal right expires once you:

  1. agree that digital content may be provided immediately, and

  2. acknowledge that this means you lose your withdrawal right, and

  3. access any content (videos, downloads, live sessions, etc.).

If you withdraw within 14 days and have not accessed any content, your payment will be refunded and access ends immediately.

2.5 Copyright

All digital content is protected by copyright and may not be shared with third parties.

3. Newsletter

Newsletter registration requires a double opt-in process.
Your data is used only for sending the newsletter and will not be shared unless legally required.
You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Individual Ohashiatsu Sessions

4.1 Responsibility & Health Disclaimer

Ohashiatsu is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Please inform the practitioner of any relevant health conditions.
You assume full responsibility for your body and health.

4.2 Payment & Cancellation

Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer, or—if booked in advance—by credit card.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment; otherwise, the full amount is charged.

5. Courses & Workshops

5.1 Participation & Responsibility

You participate in all exercises at your own responsibility.
Instructions given by instructors do not constitute medical treatment.
Ohashiatsu® in Austria and its teachers are not liable for damages arising from participation.

5.2 Photo & Video Consent

Unless you explicitly object, you consent to photos or videos taken during events.

5.3 Payment

Course fees must be paid before the start of the course.

5.4 Transfer

You may transfer your registration to a later course within one year.
Fee: 5% of the course price.

5.5 Cancellation Fees

  • Up to 6 weeks before the course: 20%

  • Up to 3 weeks before: 50%

  • After that: 100%, unless you provide a substitute participant.

5.6 Other

Dates or instructors may be changed if necessary.
Confidentiality among course participants must be respected.

6. Payment Delay

A late-payment fee of €15 per week applies.
Unpaid invoices may be forwarded to legal collection.
Place of jurisdiction: Vienna, Austria.

7. Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

7.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the withdrawal, send a clear statement by email or post.

7.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw and have not used any digital content, all payments will be refunded within 14 days and access ends immediately.

7.3 Expiry of Withdrawal Right

For digital content, the withdrawal right expires early if you:

  • agree to immediate access,

  • acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right, and

  • actually use the content.
