Terms and Conditions – Payment & Cancellation Conditions
By registering, commissioning or arranging an appointment, you agree to the general terms of payment and cancellation as well as the general terms and conditions.
Newsletter
Registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that nobody can register with someone else’s e-mail address. The data will not be passed on to third parties. There is an exception if there is a legal obligation to pass it on. The data will only be used to send the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be canceled by the data subject at any time. The legal basis for the processing of the data after the user has registered for the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if the user has given their consent. The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is Section 7 (3) UWG.
Individual treatments
are paid in cash or by bank transfer to the practitioner’s account. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged.
Courses / Workshops
With your registration, you agree to take responsibility for the exercises and training sequences carried out or received in the course or workshop. You also understand that the instructions given by the teaching staff do not constitute medical treatment. You release Ohashiatsu® in Austria and its instructors from any claims that may arise from the exercises you perform. Unless you expressly object to this, it can be assumed that you agree to the taking and publication of photos and videos during our events.
REGISTRATION
With your registration and payment of 50% of the tuition, your spot in class is reserved. The rest of your payment is due 1 week before the course begins.
COURSE TRANSFER: €25
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, a transfer to a later-dated course within one year is possible (max. 1 transfer/course).
CANCELLATION FEE: €65
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the course, a processing fee will be charged. After that the course fee will be retained unless you provide a substitute person.
DELAY: €15 per week
any delay in payment will be sent to the judicial dunning process. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna.
DISCOUNTS:
€25 if you register 6 weeks before the course.
€45 if you register during a running curriculum course for the next curriculum course.
50% if you repeat a course within 2 years.
GENERAL
In individual cases, there may be postponements or trainer changes on the part of the course management.
The confidentiality regarding the privacy of the course participants is to be recognized.
