Mauro graduated from the Ohashi Institute in 1996 and became a Certified Ohashiatsu Instructor in 1997. His interest in holistic medicine led him to study macrobiotics and Chinese medicine at the Kushi Institute and then health nutrition and naturopathy, at LUINA University.

With Ohashiatsu and thanks also to the collaboration with Master Ohashi, of whom he translates seminars and advanced courses, he understood the profound importance of body movement in maintaining physical and mental health. He teaches the school curriculum in Bologna (Italy), where he also practices Qi Gong and Kung Fu.
